#BoldestYearYet Challenge

How to turn it all around…

You know those friends who you love dearly, and you keep saying you should all catch up, but then neither one of you actually picks up the phone? Because, let's face it, it's been so long, there's so much to catch up on! And frankly, it feels like a whole thing.

But much like going to the gym, which involves clothes and getting in the car, and other people, and then actually working out....you never regret going right?

You never regret getting on the phone and actually catching up.

That's how I felt relaunching The Bold Life Movement.

I wondered, how do I sum up a 3-year spiritual sabbatical?

How does one succinctly summarize going through some of the darkest nights, losing "it all", getting it back again, and then realizing it's all been a giant gift, because WOW are you a better coach/lover/friend/daughter after you've been through some stuff. After you really, truly embrace that we're all out here just doing the best we can.

Well, you can't. lol At least not in one blog post.

It is impossible to convey that level of transformation in less than 1000 words.

So instead I'll share what's on the horizon. What is emerging, like a phoenix from the freaking ashes, and how you can get in on that alchemical magical energy.

Whenever I'm helping my clients (or myself) to bring a vision to life, step one is always to go back to the basics.

Meaning, what worked in the past? What put you in flow-state, brought you joy, and felt expansive and connecting all at the same time?

For The Bold Life Movement, that looks like taking it back to the bread and butter of living a bolda$$ life.

Because ultimately, I know without a shadow of a doubt, that that is my purpose. To be an embodiment of authenticity, bravery, and vulnerability so that you have a full-on permission slip to do the same.

Because anything less than that is just a waste of time.

Procrastinating? Over it.
Caring what people think? Not anymore.
Playing small? No gracias.

And so, when I reflect on the things that moved the needle the most, and the pieces that put me further down my karmic path, it always always, always comes back to taking bold inspired action. Making bold moves, and then trusting that the universe would be there to put all the right people in my path, to produce miracles and synchronicities out the wazoo, and to catch me when I inevitably tripped up along the way.

So, 2024 is about reclaiming a bold life.

And to hold myself accountable, I'm launching the #BoldestYearYet challenge.

Every week, I'll be completing (and documenting) a bold inspired action, and I would love for you to join me!

Imagine, 52 weeks from now, 52 bold moves under your belt, what a different person you will be.

The compounding effect of stepping outside your comfort zone and claiming this new identity each week will have ripple effects beyond what your current mind can even conceive.

Here are just a few reasons you should get in on this action:

  • It's free to join... so, sorrynotsorry old money stories, no room for your BS excuses here.

  • No action is too small. Your bold move could be anything from booking a trip, having a hard conversation, hiring a personal trainer, to buying an island. The point is to just do one thing every week with the intention of being more intentional, brave, authentic, etc.

  • If you miss a week, just double up the next one. Easy peasy. No more shame spirals, onward and upward my friends.

  • Quests are fun. Accountability helps you complete them :)

How to participate:

Simple, every week just post your #boldmove on social media, tag me @thekimberlyrich on Instagram, and use the hashtag #boldestyearyet.

🎁 (I'm scheming on some juicy prizes to give out so don't forget to tag and brag!)

Pretty soon, I'll be creating a container for all the participants to support each other, to get inspired, and to get added coaching from me throughout the year.

For now though, it's about spreading the word and closing the gap between thinking and doing.

Bold Inspired Action > Perfection.

#BOLDESTYEARYET - WEEK 1

So here we are, at the end of Week #1. One #boldmove in the hat.

In case you haven't picked up on it yet, my #boldmove this week is launching the #BoldestYearYet challenge.

If you need some added inspiration though, here are a few other bold moves I made this week:

1. Learning to ride a snow bike, and not driving it off a cliff. πŸ‘

2. ❄️ Polar plunging on New Year's Day to show myself I can still do hard things.

3. Having a hard, but connecting conversation with someone I'm no longer dating.

4. Taking my snowboard out to the mountain and embracing that I may never be as good as I am in my mind.

5. Moving beyond inertia to write this post and engage with my incredible community!

Week 1 may be over, but you've still got time to get your bold move in!

So the question is... ARE YOU IN?

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE 2024 YOUR BOLDEST YEAR YET?

If you need help getting the wheels spinning, here are some questions to ponder:

1. What have you been putting off, but you keep saying you want to do?

2. What is one thing you can do today that your future self would thank you for?

3. What feels slightly edgy for you, but you still feel drawn to it?

Some questions to consider after taking the action:

1. Why was this activity bold?

2. In retrospect, was it as scary/edgy/audacious as it initially seemed?

3. What did you learn about yourself?

Alright, my friend. The choice is in your hands now!

If you want to get in the frequency of quantum leaps, bold action, and having a whole lot of fun, LFG.

Be sure to tag me in your #boldmoves.

Sending you the biggest hugs and happy new year, xoxo.
Kimberly
